EU/UK residents

US residents

2) Services
We offer website packages (e.g., Starter) and marketing automation packages (e.g., Local Growth Autopilot, Pro Growth Suite), plus add‑ons. Descriptions on our site form part of these terms. Timelines are estimates and depend on your inputs, access, and scope changes.
3) Orders, pricing & payments
- Prices: shown on /pricing in USD/GBP. Taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We don’t store card details.
- Invoicing: If invoiced directly, terms are net 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
- Scope changes: Out‑of‑scope work is quoted separately and requires your approval.
4) Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds
- Subscriptions: Plans (Starter, Autopilot, Pro) bill monthly until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: No refunds for partially used subscription periods. One‑time services are refundable until work begins.
- Pausing: On request, we may pause a subscription for up to 60 days; services are suspended while paused.
- On cancel: Hosting/licenses included in a plan end. On request we will provide a reasonable site export or handover package.
5) Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback.
- Grant necessary access (domain/DNS, website, analytics, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, etc.).
- Ensure you have rights to any content you supply.
- Comply with applicable laws (e.g., advertising, data protection).
6) Access & permissions
You authorize us (and our contractors) to access systems you nominate to deliver services. We use access only for the agreed purpose and remove/return access on request or termination.
7) Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services/site to publish or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing; to attempt unauthorized access; or to interfere with others’ use.
8) Intellectual property
- Your content: You retain ownership of content you provide; you grant us a non‑exclusive license to use it to deliver services.
- Our work: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final website/assets for your business. Our underlying methods, templates, and tooling remain ours.
- Portfolio: We may display non‑confidential results (e.g., screenshots, logos) in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
9) Confidentiality
We keep your non‑public information confidential and use it only to deliver services, except where disclosure is required by law.
10) Privacy & data
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and process personal data. If we process personal data on your behalf, we can provide a Data Processing Addendum on request.
11) Warranties & disclaimers
- We’ll provide services with reasonable care and skill.
- We don’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.
- Except as stated here or required by law, services are provided “as is”.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide, unlawful use of the services, or your breach of these terms.
14) Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience on notice (end of current billing period for subscriptions) or immediately for material breach. You’re responsible for fees due up to termination.
15) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales for UK clients and the laws of the State of Utah, USA for US clients, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Courts in those locations have exclusive jurisdiction.
16) Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll update the effective date and, for material changes, provide a prominent notice.

How subscriptions and refunds work at SEOJACK.NET LLC.
Subscriptions
- Plans: Starter, Autopilot, and Pro bill monthly until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime: cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Services remain active until that date.
- Pausing: on request, we may pause a subscription for up to 60 days; services are suspended while paused.
Refunds
- Subscriptions: we don’t offer refunds for partially used periods.
- One‑time services: refundable until work begins. After work has begun, refunds are not available.
After cancellation
- Hosting/licences: any hosting or third‑party licenses included in your plan end when your subscription ends.
- Site export: on request we’ll provide a reasonable site export or handover package.
