The base plan covers your agreed business website, mobile-friendly design, initial technical SEO, hosting, SSL, maintenance, email support and unlimited routine text and image edits to existing pages.

Extra services, chatbots, automations, custom integrations and work outside your agreed website scope are not included in the base price and may incur additional charges. I’ll quote these separately and agree any one-off, recurring or usage costs with you before starting the extra work or charging you.

Yes. Start with the £89 GBP/month website plan, then tell me what else you need. I’ll confirm what is already included and send a separate quote for anything outside that scope. Extra services are optional and are only added once you agree the scope and price.

There is no separate build or setup fee for the base monthly website. The first £89 GBP monthly payment is due when you activate the plan. Any extra setup, software subscriptions, third-party usage or custom work will be quoted and agreed separately before you incur those charges.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. I believe in earning your business every month.

You own your website content, images, and domain. I provide a 30-day grace period to arrange hosting elsewhere, and I'll help you export everything you need for a smooth transition.

Yes — there's a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your website within the first 14 days, I'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.

You'll see a first preview within 24–48 hours, and most sites are live in under a week. More complex builds can take 5–10 working days. I’ll agree the timeline for extra services separately.

Please send your text, images and logo if you have them. Copywriting, branding and content creation can be quoted separately if you need help.

Unlimited routine text and image edits to existing pages are included in the monthly website plan and care plan. New pages, redesigns, new functionality and integrations outside your agreed scope may cost extra. I’ll confirm the scope, price and timing with you before starting that work.

Build it yourself: Starter: £10 GBP a month with 4,000 building credits; Build it yourself: Pro: £20 GBP a month with 9,000 building credits; Build it yourself: Max: £100 GBP a month with 30,000 building credits. Builds, edits, generated images and active previews use your credits. How many depends on the size of your request and the quality setting, so there is no fixed number of builds. The builder shows how many credits you have left. Paid credits reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC; unused credits do not roll over.

Cancel an active builder plan from Billing. It stops renewing, and you keep paid access and your credits until the end date shown there. Cancelling a builder plan does not cancel a separate website or care plan.

No. Builder plans are not refundable. Try the builder free before you pay. You can cancel any time from Billing: the plan stops renewing and you keep your credits until the end of the month you paid for.

Builder plans cover using the AI builder, not personal design or unlimited edits by me. My personal website service is a separate offer, with its scope and price agreed before work starts.
