When you use Message Jack, your message, name, phone number, any optional email, and the public page path are sent to my private support inbox so I can answer your enquiry. Replies are written by me; there are no automated or AI replies. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
The website conversation is stored securely for seven days after the latest message. A private cookie remembers your chat for up to seven days in this browser. A third-party messaging service processes and stores a separate copy for support delivery; the website expiry does not delete that copy. You can request deletion through the contact page. I may use your phone number or optional email to follow up about your enquiry.

AI builder
When you use the builder, your prompts, conversation, attached images and project files are processed to generate, edit and preview your project. AI model providers process the content sent with generation requests, and sandbox hosting services run the project code for previews.
Your account, saved project files and conversation are stored so you can return to your work. Building usage and payment records are used to manage your allowance and subscription. Publishing sends the project files to the hosting destination you choose; a private GitHub save sends them to your connected GitHub account.
This is separate from Message Jack, where I answer your enquiry personally. You can contact me about access to or deletion of your builder data using the contact details below.
